Dr. Annice E. Fisher, Founder, LinkedIn   
Annice is an entrepreneurial leader and strategist with a record of mobilizing people to advance equity by improving K-12, higher education, and community outcomes. Whether she is working with urban superintendents to address systemic performance issues, coordinating leadership development sessions with local non-profits, or partnering with professionals in an executive leadership coaching session, Annice loves facilitating the growth of individuals, teams, and organizations. Before launching Developing Capacity Consulting, she worked across the United States launching several key initiatives and functional areas at various universities, non-profits, governmental organizations, and K-12 education systems. As an avid social justice activist/volunteer/trainer, Annice has created programs for local chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, City of Durham Human Relations Commission, as well as guided organizations to shift to an equity and inclusion culture. Annice holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, M. Ed from Iowa State University, and Ed.L.D. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Her consulting portfolio includes: large urban districts such as the New York City Department of Education, Boston Public Schools, local charter schools, and universities, nonprofit organizations such as uAspire, the School Systems Leaders Fellowship, and Minds @Work.  Her coaching and teaching experience includes: Harvard’s Programs in Professional Education, the Public Education Leadership ProjectSchool Leadership Program for aspiring principals, and the Doctor of Education Leadership program.  Annice has chaired roles within alumni networks and professional associations such as her election as the National Co-Chair for the African American Knowledge Community for the National Association for Student Personnel Administrators and program chair for the Adaptive Leadership Network annual conference.

Dr. Clarybel Peguero has over 20 years in higher education administration. Clarybel earned a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University and also holds a Masters in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina. In 2014, she successfully defended her dissertation entitled “The re-conceptualization of historically white fraternities and sororities; the black students experience” earning her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Communications from Northeastern University. Her areas of expertise span from organizational development and change management, individual coaching and team building, to implementation of data driven initiatives. She also has experience in Fraternity & Sorority Life, Dean of Students, Alumni Volunteer Engagement. Clarybel is a Life Member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and a member of the Links, Inc. Durham (NC) Chapter and a volunteer for World Overcomers Christian Church.

Dr. Ali Imad Fadlallah, Consultant, LinkedIn 
Dr. Ali Imad Fadlallah is an artist, educator and social entrepreneur from Dearborn, MI, and a Lebanese, Muslim-American. Ali has worked across the country as a teacher and consultant in the areas of equity, arts in education, social entrepreneurship, system-level strategic advising, adult development, leadership coaching, and career and technical education. Ali began his career as a high school and middle school teacher, teaching eleventh grade English and eighth-grade Speech & Communications. He left the classroom in 2012 to scale his success integrating the arts into classroom instruction, as well as to pursue his passion for music. Today, Ali runs Rima Records, a social enterprise based in Los Angeles, CA that provides artist management and change management services across Film, Arts, Music, and Education (FAME). Ali has consulted organizations nationwide, including Harlem Children’s Zone, House of Blues Music Forward Foundation, New York City Department of Education, Boston Public Schools, Better World Books, Era of the Engineer, and the Georgia Innocence Project. Michael is a system-level strategist committed to transforming public education, especially for the most marginalized student populations. Micheal received a BA in Economics and Latin American Studies from UCLA. In his first job after college, Michael co-directed the opening of 25 after-school programs in four public school districts. This evolved into a number of administrative roles designing and leading large-scale, K-12 initiatives including a statewide mentoring program with 16 school districts. In addition to these leadership experiences, Michael has worked as a consultant and coach for executive teams, specializing in organizational learning and continuous improvement. Michael also has the unique experience of serving as a consultant to consultants, particularly for agencies seeking to build the leadership capacity of their clients. Moreover, he has worked with both rural and urban school districts and organizations around the world via his own independent consulting practice, the Public Education Leadership Project, and Harvard’s Programs in Professional Education. When he is not working hard on behalf of young people, Michael is a husband and busy father of three in Bakersfield, CA.

Author brings over a decade of experience spanning every level of education, from very young children, to K-12 and higher education. He has worked in developing countries and urban communities across the United States, including: New Orleans, Los Angeles (Watts & South Central), Boston (Dorchester), Miami, and others. Author has studied at a number of institutions, including Haverford College, and holds degrees from Harvard University, University of Southern California, and Northwestern University. Author loves to travel the world and explore the food, music, and experiences of other cultures. Na’taja Flood, Consultant Assistant, LinkedIn
Na’taja M.R. Flood is an educational activist and artist from Harlem, NY committed to ensuring that communities like Harlem and its residents become self-sustainable through education and financial literacy. As a Black woman, her creative, academic, and professional work is centered around the experiences of marginalized people and ending the inequity that disables them. Na’taja has traveled the world teaching English as a second language to youth through academic and artistic approaches, in addition to studying and experiencing multiculturalism. After college, she completed her Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Fellowship in Athens, Greece and then began her Masters of Arts in Sociology and Education at Teachers College at Columbia University where she is currently attending. Today, Nataja is a Creative Writing instructor at three Public Schools teaching students in grades 4th through 8th as an Arthur Zankel REACH Fellow. When Na’taja is not studying or teaching, she can be found in a small corner of her apartment staring at a canvas divulging an artist approach to the famous master plan.
