Why Affinity Leadership Healing Circles?

Our mission is to provide a sanctuary where individuals can experience love and care within a sacred community. We invite you to honor and respect these sacred communities by signing up for the identities that resonate with you. These spaces are intricately connected to our healing and reconciliation pillar, embracing love and healing as core values, and promoting conscious leadership for equity™ healing outcomes. For those who may not find their specific identity listed, we welcome you to join the solidarity space in December.

What happens at ALHC?
Together, let us embark on a journey of compassion, understanding, and unity, weaving a tapestry of love and healing that transcends boundaries and embraces the richness of diversity. Join us in building a community where every identity is celebrated and cherished. Experience a guided leadership healing circle facilitated by a leadership coach. There’s time to reflect on the guided prompts and group reflection to build community with each other.

Our thoughtful selection of months is rooted in the recognition of U.S. identified cultural, United Nations days, and advocacy months. This ensures that our event aligns with significant moments, although it's important to note that this list is not exhaustive.
